Hosta Tears in Heaven PP 33297 Chelone swobodae comes from the SierraHosta 'Tears in Heaven' is another selection of the amazing blue foliaged hostas from Walters Gardens' plant breeder Hans Hansen. This small hosta forms a 15" tall x 28" wide clump of cascading, intensely powder blue, heavily ruffled leaves, whose color holds extraordinarily well through the summer in most climates. The 2' tall stalks of pale lavender flowers top the clump in summer.
